ROI does not take into account any time limit; it simply says how much return on investment a project received as a whole. The annualized return displays the ROI over the course of a year. After you make your investment(s), you will be given information on how to perform an online wire transfer or ACH. To activate your investment, you will have 5 business days to complete the transfer. A unique reference code, denoted in red, is used for wire transactions. When wiring money, be sure to include this code.

Your investment begins the moment you make the investment. Assume you made an investment on August 29th but sent the wire transfer 5 days later. Your investment would continue to have an August 29th start date, but the status would not change to “Active” until we received the investment monies by wire transfer or ACH. Once the funds are received and the investment is live, investors will get a confirmation email.

Divide your net profit by the entire investment amount for a property to determine your ROI (Return on Investment). Divide the result by 100 to get your ROI as a percentage.
